WHO WE ARE
We are a local independent charity providing help and support to individuals and families within the Bleanau Gwent and surrounding areas affected primarily by autism and other complex needs, who may be affected by isolation and depression. One Life was founded by Susan Gibbons in 2016; through her experience she identified the lack of support before and after a diagnosis of Autism had been received.
Premises were obtained in 2017 at the Log Cabin Hilltop
WHAT WE DO
We provide support groups, advocacy, signposting for other services and animal therapy. One Life helps our members to develop essential life skills, empowering them, building their confidence and improving their self - esteem. Personal social skills are improved through frequent social interaction. We encourage individual happiness and enjoyment within a safe environment.
